Wooloowin State School's, 'School’s Out', is a quality, supervised, outside school hours care centre for primary school children. School’s Out is located in the school hall and invites families from the school community and surrounding communities to use the centre for the care of their children outside of school hours and during school vacation.
All staff members are fully qualified with appropriate experience. Our staff create a caring and safe environment with balanced indoor and outdoor play, rest time and homework groups. Our vacation care program is based on a variety of fun activities on site as well as occasional excursions. Our coordinators plan a broad range of stimulating activities appropriate to age, skills and interests.
Breakfast is provided in the morning (before school) session and afternoon tea is provided in the after school session as well as a late light supper. All meals are provided at vacation care. Meals provided observe
Education Queensland’s Smart Choices guidelines.
