Instrumental music program
A range of musical instruments (flute, clarinet, trumpet, trombone) are available to students to learn in Years 4-6. Our school participates in the combined Wooloowin/Kedron junior and senior concert bands.
Students from Year 3 are also invited to join our strings program.
Choir
Students from Years 2 to 6 are invited to join the Wooloowin State School Choir which is conducted by our music teacher. The choir practises weekly and performs at numerous events throughout the year.
Recorder marching band
Our marching band is open to students from Years 2-6. The band performs at a range of community events and takes part in tattoos each term.
